All Sales Are Final
Due to the handmade nature of our jewelry, all sales are considered final. However, we do offer refunds under specific circumstances:
Damaged Items
If your jewelry arrives damaged, we are happy to process a refund or send a replacement. To qualify for a refund, evidence of the damage must be submitted within 36 hours of receiving your package. Please email photos of the damage, along with your order number, to refunds@fayesfinds.com.
Refund Process
Once we review and approve your refund request, we will provide you with a postage label to return the damaged item(s). After we receive the returned item(s), we will process your refund or send a replacement, depending on your preference. Please note that refunds are processed on a case-by-case basis.
By making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final, except in the case of damaged items as outlined above.
